Before your goods ship, we arrange inspection with photos and measurements. If something doesn’t meet your standards, we handle it with the factory. This includes Halal certification verification for GCC-bound products.
We coordinate freight and handle export documentation. For UAE-bound shipments, we work with our Dubai hub to ensure smooth transit under the CEPA zero-duty framework.

When you place orders through us, our compensation is a commission on order value. You always see the real factory price — our commission is a separate, visible line item. No inflated quotes, no hidden fees.
For recurring orders, we discuss adjusted rates that reflect volume and established processes. The longer we work together, the more efficient it becomes.
If we cannot identify at least three manufacturers that meet your criteria, you receive a full refund of the sourcing fee. This applies to cases where the product genuinely cannot be sourced competitively in Vietnam.
Typically between 3% and 7%, depending on product type, order size, and complexity. The rate is agreed before any order is placed, and you see it as a separate line — never hidden inside the product price.
Example: you paid $175 for a Verified Search, and your first order commission is $600. You pay $425 — because the $175 is already applied. If the commission is less than $175, the remainder carries forward to your next order.
You can work with any of the suppliers identified in our search. Our recommendation is based on best fit for your requirements, but the decision is always yours.
